It is the participant’s responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for Japan and apply for a visa, if necessary. Please check the following links of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA) to know whether you need to obtain a visa.
The GXI-ZES secretariat will prepare the visa documents for participants only upon request. Before applying for visa assistance, please ensure that you have completed the following steps:
- Complete your registration and make the full payment of the conference fee.
- Book your flight.
- Reserve your hotel.

Please note that Letters of Invitation and visa support documents will only be issued to registered participants who have paid in full and been approved. These documents will not be provided for accompanying family members under any circumstances.
